Shipping Policy

Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Orders are accepted from customers in the United States and most international destinations. Shipping costs for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Domestic Shipping — United States
Cost
All orders shipping within the United States ship free with no minimum order requirement.
Tracking
Every domestic deck order includes tracking at no additional cost. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping
Cost
International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery country and order weight. The shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
Tracking is included on most international shipments. Tracking availability and visibility may vary depending on the destination country and the carrier service selected at checkout. Some countries have limited carrier tracking infrastructure, which may result in reduced tracking updates once a package leaves the United States.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. CommanderComplete has no control over customs fees and cannot predict or estimate them.

If a package is refused, returned, or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping or any fees incurred. Refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.
Delivery Timeframes
International delivery times vary significantly by destination country, carrier, and customs processing. Delays at customs are outside of our control. If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in investigating with the carrier.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability. We do not guarantee same-day shipment.

Secure Delivery — Important
Please ensure you have a secure location available to receive your package at the time of delivery. This includes a mailbox, parcel locker, secured front porch, or another area not openly accessible to others.

CommanderComplete is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has marked the order as delivered. Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier’s tracking system, responsibility for its safekeeping transfers to the recipient. Let use know ASAP if you request a signature required shipment.

To protect your order, we recommend:

•    Ensuring someone is available to receive the package at your delivery address
•    Using a P.O. box, parcel locker, or secure pickup location if your address is at elevated risk for package theft
•    Monitoring your tracking number and retrieving your package promptly upon delivery

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office, as carriers occasionally leave packages in alternate secure locations. If the package still cannot be located, contact us at deckmaster@commandercomplete.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do what we can to assist.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at deckmaster@commandercomplete.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. We may request photos of the damaged or incorrect item to process your claim.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. CommanderComplete is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at deckmaster@commandercomplete.com. We will do our best to correct it before the order ships, but cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
